 Dynapac has a full range of vibratory soil compactors. They are designed robust to deal with the rigours of an-site operation day after day. They are built verstile so that one model can cope with a variety of different materials. Designed for optimum compaction, performance and economy.

Pneumatic Rollers

Dynapac has a complete range of pneumatic tyred rollers. All have standard features offering high performance, simplicity and versatility. The smallest roller, which is hydrostatic has an exclusive Modular Ballast System comprising 8 sealed ballast containers to allow exact visual control of wheel loads. The bigger rollers meet the more traditional specification with features as 3 tonnes/wheel and air on the run system.

Pneumatic rollers are used mainly in conjunction with other asphalt rollers for surface sealing and stabilization. Due to their heavy weight, they are also used for soil compaction.

Combi Rollers

Dynapac has a complete range of combi rollers from the smallest 2 tonnes to the worlds biggest 21 tonnes roller for compaction and sealing work. The smooth rear tires of a combi roller gives a smooth and tight surface that prevents the ingress of water and the subsequent freezing and destruction of the wearing course.

Tamping Rollers

The Dynapac CT 262 tamping roller is suitable for compacting cohesive or semi-cohesive soils on large areas. The tamping roller offers the highest surface production rate on the market due to the high speed compaction and the drum/pad design.

Static 3-drum Rollers

The Dynapac CS 142 is an articulated static three-drum roller. The two front drums and the rear drum have same diameter, providing a high uniform static linear load across its entire working width. The roller is used primarily to compact asphalt but can also be used on limestone and soil.

Light Equipment
  Duplex Rollers

Duplex rollers are suitable for compacting thin layers on granular soils and asphalt. They are mostly used for small jobs, repair work and compaction in confined areas.

A hydrostatic vibration drive gives maximum compaction effect. A progressive control for both speed and forward/reverse motion gives smooth starting and stopping. High maximum speed gives greater surface coverage.

Plate Compactors

Dynapac offers a comprehensive range of forward plates that are specially designed for compacting asphalt and granular soils. They are ideal and most economical for small repair and maintenance work, such as driveways and pathways, parking lots and back-filling in trenches. Forward plates are also a complement to rollers that may not be able to operate efficiently in confined spaces. The range of forward and reverse plates are an economical alternative or complement to a roller.

Rammers

We introduce the second generation of 4-stroke petrol and diesel rammers. being a champion - it is more than compaction performance that quite literally puts our new rammers ahead of the competition.

The Dynapac range of rammers is designed for compacting cohesive soils, such as clay and silt in small repair jobs and in narrow confined areas, such as trenches or housing sites. They are also used for compacting sand and gravel.

All Dynapac rammers are well balanced, easy to operate and feature excellent maneuverability in trenches and around pipes. Both petrol and diesel rammers are available.

Trench Compactors

The Dynapac LP 8500 trench compactor is suitable for compacting cohesive and granular soils in connection with back-fills, foundation work, parking lots and similar projects. With no overhang, it is also well suited for compaction work close to obstacles.

Environmental and safety issues addressed by the LP 8500 include, a fuel  efficient engine, one of the lowest operating noise levels in the industry , and a Radio control as standard.

Pavers
   Wheeled Pavers

 Dynapac wheeled pavers have proven their merits for many years in a broad range of application areas. Their autonomous mobility makes them ideal for urban road construction work. But thanks to their working widths of up to 7.50m, Dynapac wheeled pavers are also much in demand for construction work on long-distance roads and motorways. Wheeled paver technology from Dynapac is progressive and stable for convincing rated performances combined with extremely low maintenance and easy operation.

Tracked Pavers

Dynapac track pavers can cope with large working widths of up to 16.0 m, and they really prove their value when high traction performance is required. These pavers are all fitted with separate drives for each side of the running gear. The tracked running gears compensate for irregularities in the ground surface, ensuring optimal laying precision. thanks to continuous hydrostatic traction, the speed of the paver can be adjusted to current working conditions at any time.
